Thermoset Rotational Molding is a highly versatile manufacturing option that provides many design possibilities at low production costs. The process allows the production of large or small seamless hollow parts out of a variety of materials without the application of an external heat source. The materials consist of two liquid compounds that when combined create a chemical reaction that raises the temperature and causes the compound to set, or cure over a relatively short period of time, typically 15 minutes or less.
